Subscription Terms
Effective Date: May 9, 2026
These Subscription Terms govern recurring subscription purchases made through cellularsolutions.com and any other authorized sales channel offered by Cellular Solutions LLC ("CS"). These Subscription Terms are incorporated into and form part of the Terms and Conditions. By enrolling in a subscription, you agree to these Subscription Terms, the Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Return & Refund Policy, and all other policies incorporated therein by reference. In the event of a conflict between these Subscription Terms and the Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions shall control except with respect to subscription-specific matters expressly addressed herein.
How Subscriptions Work
By enrolling in a subscription, you expressly authorize CS and its third-party subscription and payment providers, including Recharge, to charge your selected payment method automatically at the subscription interval you select, including for recurring product charges, applicable taxes, shipping charges, and any other amounts expressly disclosed at checkout, until your subscription is canceled in accordance with these Subscription Terms.
Auto-Renewal Disclosure
YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW AT THE INTERVAL YOU SELECTED. WE WILL CHARGE YOUR PAYMENT METHOD ON FILE FOR EACH RENEWAL UNTIL YOU CANCEL. YOU MAY CANCEL AT ANY TIME, WITH NO CANCELLATION FEE.
Before each renewal, we will send a renewal reminder email a reasonable number of days in advance with the renewal date, renewal amount, and a link to manage or cancel your subscription, as required by applicable law.
Pricing, Taxes, and Shipping
- Subscription pricing is the price displayed at checkout for the selected product and subscription cadence. Multi-bottle subscription pricing reflects promotional discounts.
- Promotional, introductory, or first-order pricing applies only to the orders specified at signup. Subsequent orders renew at the then-current subscription price unless otherwise stated.
- Applicable sales tax is calculated based on your shipping address.
- Standard shipping charges apply unless free shipping or other shipping promotions are expressly offered.
Skip, Pause, Swap, and Modify
You may skip a shipment, pause your subscription, change your delivery cadence, swap products, update payment information, or modify your shipping address at any time through your account portal.
Cancel Anytime
You may cancel your subscription at any time, without a cancellation fee, by:
- Clicking the cancellation link in any subscription confirmation or renewal reminder email;
- Logging into your account portal and selecting "Cancel";
- Emailing orders@cellularsolutions.com.
If you enrolled online, you may cancel online without speaking with a representative.
Cancellation requests received before the next scheduled renewal charge is processed will prevent that renewal from occurring. If a renewal charge has already been processed, cancellation will apply to future renewals and the processed order will be governed by the Return & Refund Policy.
Failed Payments
If a charge is declined, cannot be processed, is reversed, disputed, charged back, or otherwise fails, CS may retry the payment method on file, contact you to update your payment information, pause the subscription, suspend shipments, suspend account access, or cancel the subscription. Repeated payment failures may result in cancellation of the subscription or account.
Subscription Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Subscribers agree to contact CS regarding any billing, renewal, shipment, cancellation, delivery, or account issue before initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or similar claim with a payment processor or financial institution.
CS reserves the right to challenge chargebacks or payment disputes that are inconsistent with these Subscription Terms, the Terms and Conditions, account records, renewal records, shipment records, carrier records, cancellation records, or other transaction documentation.
Returns on Subscription Orders
Subscription orders are governed by and subject to the Return & Refund Policy. If you cancel after a renewal order has shipped, you may return the order in accordance with the Return & Refund Policy.
Modifications to Subscription Terms or Pricing
CS may modify subscription pricing, available products, subscription cadences, features, benefits, or these Subscription Terms from time to time.
Material changes, including price increases, will be communicated in advance as required by applicable law and will apply only to renewals occurring after the applicable notice period.
Continued participation in a subscription after the effective date of any modification constitutes acceptance of the modified Subscription Terms.
Termination by CS
CS reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any subscription, account, or future renewal order for any lawful reason, including suspected fraud, unauthorized resale, abuse of promotional offers, excessive returns, repeated payment failures, repeated chargebacks, suspected policy violations, or violations of the Terms and Conditions.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to a subscription is subject to the Dispute Resolution, Mandatory Individual Arbitration, Class Action Waiver, Limitation of Liability, Limitation Period for Claims, and all other applicable provisions contained in the Terms and Conditions, which are incorporated herein by reference.
