CCPA / CPRA Notice for California Consumers

This California Privacy Notice ("California Notice") applies solely to California residents and supplements the Privacy Policy of Cellular Solutions LLC ("CS"). This Notice is provided pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA/CPRA"). To the extent of any conflict between this California Notice and the Privacy Policy, this California Notice shall control with respect to California residents and California personal information subject to the CCPA/CPRA.

CS collects and processes the categories of personal information described below for the business and commercial purposes identified in this Notice and in our Privacy Policy.

Sensitive Personal Information
- Account login credentials and related authentication information
CS does not knowingly collect government-issued identification numbers, precise geolocation information, biometric information, or payment card information directly. Payment card transactions are processed by PCI-compliant payment service providers.
Business and Commercial Purposes
We may use personal information for the following purposes:
- Processing orders, subscriptions, returns, refunds, and customer service requests;
- Providing, maintaining, improving, and securing our websites, products, and services;
- Personalizing content, product recommendations, and user experiences;
- Communicating with consumers regarding purchases, subscriptions, promotions, and customer support matters;
- Measuring advertising effectiveness and delivering marketing communications where permitted by law;
- Detecting, investigating, preventing, and responding to fraud, security incidents, and unlawful activity;
- Complying with legal obligations and enforcing our agreements; and

CS retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Notice, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect our business interests. Retention periods vary depending on the nature of the information and applicable legal requirements.
Sources of Personal Information
We may collect personal information:
- Directly from you;
- Automatically through your interactions with our websites, emails, advertisements, and technologies;
- From service providers, analytics providers, advertising partners, and vendors acting on our behalf; and
- From other lawful sources.
Disclosure of Personal Information
During the preceding twelve (12) months, CS may have disclosed the categories of personal information identified above to:

- Advertising and analytics partners;

- Governmental authorities or other parties where required by law.
Sale and Sharing of Personal Information
CS does not sell personal information in exchange for monetary consideration.
However, certain uses of cookies, pixels, tags, advertising technologies, and similar tracking tools may constitute a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under the CPRA when information is disclosed for cross-context behavioral advertising.
The categories of personal information that may be involved in such activities include:
- Identifiers;
- Internet or electronic network activity information; and
- Inferences.
CS does not knowingly sell or share the personal information of individuals under sixteen (16) years of age.
California Privacy Rights
Subject to applicable law, California residents may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we have collected, used, disclosed, sold, or shared;
- Access specific pieces of personal information maintained by CS;
- Request deletion of personal information, subject to applicable exceptions;
- Request correction of inaccurate personal information;
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information;
- Limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information where applicable; and
- Receive equal service and pricing without unlawful discrimination for exercising privacy rights.

We will take reasonable steps to verify the identity of the requesting individual before processing a request. Verification may include matching information provided in the request against information maintained in our records.
We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
Authorized Agents
California residents may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on their behalf. CS may require proof of authorization and verification of the consumer's identity before processing requests submitted by an authorized agent.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
California residents may exercise their right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information by:
- Clicking the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link available on the Site;
- Enabling a recognized Global Privacy Control ("GPC") signal in a supported browser or extension; or
- Contacting us using the methods described above.
Where required by law, CS will honor valid opt-out preference signals and verified opt-out requests.
California Shine the Light Rights
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents to request information regarding certain disclosures of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes during the immediately preceding calendar year.

Changes to This Notice
CS may update this California Notice from time to time to reflect changes in legal requirements, business practices, technologies, or privacy operations. The Effective Date above indicates when this Notice was last updated.
