Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy ("Consumer Health Data Policy") supplements the Cellular Solutions LLC ("CS") Privacy Policy and applies only to consumer health data that is subject to applicable consumer health privacy laws, including, where applicable, the Washington My Health My Data Act, Nevada Senate Bill 370, and similar state consumer health privacy laws that may be enacted or amended from time to time.
To the extent there is a conflict between this Consumer Health Data Policy and the Privacy Policy, this Consumer Health Data Policy will control solely with respect to consumer health data subject to applicable law.
Consumer Health Data
"Consumer health data" generally means personal information that is linked or reasonably linkable to an individual and that identifies the individual's past, present, or future physical or mental health status.
Depending on how you interact with CS, consumer health data may include:
- Information you voluntarily provide through surveys, questionnaires, product recommendation tools, customer support communications, reviews, feedback submissions, wellness-related inquiries, or similar interactions;
- Information regarding dietary supplement purchases, product preferences, subscription selections, wellness interests, and related purchasing activity;
- Information concerning health-related goals, interests, preferences, or concerns that you voluntarily disclose to us;
- Inferences that may be derived from the information described above; and
- Other information that may qualify as consumer health data under applicable law.
Sources of Consumer Health Data
We may collect consumer health data:
- Directly from you;
- Automatically through your interactions with our websites, applications, products, services, communications, and related technologies;
- From service providers, vendors, and business partners acting on our behalf; and
- From other sources as permitted by applicable law.
How We Use Consumer Health Data
We may use consumer health data to:

- Professional advisors, auditors, insurers, legal counsel, and financial institutions;
- Governmental authorities, regulators, law enforcement agencies, courts, or other parties where required by law or legal process;
- Parties involved in an actual or proposed merger, acquisition, financing, asset sale, bankruptcy, reorganization, or other corporate transaction; and
- Other parties with your consent or at your direction.
CS does not sell consumer health data.
CS does not use or disclose consumer health data for cross-context behavioral advertising except as permitted by law or with any consent required by applicable law.
Your Consumer Health Data Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:
- Confirm whether we are collecting, using, or disclosing your consumer health data;
- Access consumer health data we maintain about you;
- Receive information about categories of consumer health data collected, used, or disclosed;
- Delete consumer health data maintained by us;
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
- Appeal certain decisions relating to privacy requests; and
- Exercise any additional rights provided under applicable law.

We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before processing a request. Verification may include matching information provided in the request against information maintained in our records.
We will respond within the time periods required by applicable law. Where permitted, response periods may be extended when reasonably necessary.
If we deny a request, you may submit an appeal by replying to our response and identifying the basis for your appeal. We will review and respond to appeals in accordance with applicable law.
Authorized Agents
Where permitted by law, you may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf. We may require proof of authorization and verification of your identity before processing an authorized agent request.
Data Security
CS maintains administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information and consumer health data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to This Policy
We may modify this Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, legal requirements, or business operations. The Effective Date above indicates when this Policy was last updated.
