Defective merchandise can be processed with Cellular Solutions within the first 30 days of purchase. Beyond the 30 days we ask that you contact the manufacturer to implement the warranty provided by the manufacturer. All defective merchandise returns, or returns for equipment that is not meeting customer expectations within the first 30 days must contact Cellular Solutions and go through a trouble shooting process. All items returned must accompany a RMA number and follow the same guidelines as our standard returns (see above). All returns for refund take approximately 1-2 weeks to process after receipt.
