Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping rates apply for Continental US shipments.  Products shipped to Alaska and Hawaii may incur additional shipping charges.

Shipping Methods
Cellular Solutions offers several shipping methods from UPS, FedEx, and US  Mail. Online shipping charges are based on the item price and may be less expensive   through our customer service representatives. Shipping charges via our  customer service representatives are based on item weight and destination.  Expedited shipping is only available through telephone orders.

Standard Shipping
Cellular Solutions' standard shipping method is UPS Ground. Cellular Solutions  may ship via alternate shipping methods for special items. Our shipping  department does its best to keep shipping cost low for our customers and does  its best to determine the correct shipping method for each order.

Back Orders
Any items currently back ordered will ship as soon as the item comes in stock,  unless available for drop ship from the manufacturer. Customers will be notified  regarding any back order items and be given drop ship or alternative equipment  options.

International Orders
International orders are subject to an additional shipping fee and may require an  additional day for shipment and will be shipped UPS only. Shipping rates will  differ depending on location. International orders may be subject to tax and  brokerage fees which are undetermined at the time of shipping. International  customers will be responsible for all brokerage fees and independent taxes for  international shipments. Order refused at the border due to non-payment for  customs or brokerage fees may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or deduction  of shipping/brokerage costs from the refund.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is defective or shipped in  error.

Sales Tax
Cellular Solutions is required to collect sales tax from all Michigan, North Carolina and California customers.

30 Day Return Policy
In the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30 day return  policy on products returned in original manufacturers packaging, and in original  condition. If you have any questions regarding our return policy please contact us at  877-233-6673.

Return Period
Return period ends 30 days from date of purchase on the invoice. Customers in contact  with Cellular Solutions pending troubleshooting may have an extension placed on their  return period.

Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA )Number
All returned products must be received with a returned merchandise authorization (RMA)  number noted on the shipping label or shipping carton. Any item received without a RMA  number may be refused. The purpose of the RMA number is to connect the shipment  received in our returns department to the customer account. RMA numbers can be  obtained from your sales representative and require notification and explanation for the  return.

Returned Product Condition and Packaging
Products must be in original (new) condition with no signs of use, scratches, gouges, etc.
Products must be in original product packaging, uncut and unmodified. This includes  writing on the product packaging. A minimum 10% restocking fee may apply to items that  require repackaging.

Items are to be packed in original packaging, padded, and shipped inside a separate  shipping carton.  DO NOT use the product packaging as the return shipping container.

All miscellaneous materials such as manuals, warranty cards, accessories, and cables  must be included. The cost of missing items may be deducted from your credited  amount.  

Return Shipping Cost
Customers are responsible for shipping charges back to Cellular Solutions or the  Manufacturer. Products received freight due will not be accepted.

Original Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Errors
In the event a shipping error occurs on our behalf, we will send a return label for the  incorrect product and send the correct product in a timely fashion.

Defective Merchandise
Defective merchandise can be processed with Cellular Solutions within the first 30 days  of purchase. Beyond the 30 days we ask that you contact the manufacturer to implement  the warranty provided by the manufacturer. All defective merchandise returns, or returns  for equipment that is not meeting customer expectations within the first 30 days must  contact Cellular Solutions and go through a trouble shooting process. All items returned  must accompany a RMA number and follow the same guidelines as our standard returns  (see above). Refund Time
All returns for refund take approximately 1-2 weeks to process after receipt.

Standard Restocking Fee
Restocking fees apply in the event the merchandise is received in any condition that  requires additional cost or labor to Cellular Solutions to restock the merchandise.

Digital Antenna Products
All Digital Antenna products will have a minimum 15% restocking fee.

A minimum 10% fee may apply in the event the product is returned due to no error by  Cellular Solutions, or no troubleshooting took place to determine why the system  wasn't working effectively.
